About Shane
I am what you may safely call a fitness fanatic. However, my approach is unique among all the fitness garbage being sold on DVDs and "fitness" resources. I've been deeply invested in physical training for over a decade and have expanded my knowledge through both my experience and my simple desire to learn and experiment. After graduating college I found that, by training people at the rec center, I accidentally found my true passion: helping people dispel the bad ideas that circulate, get stronger and happier, and achieve their aesthetic goals.
My approach is simple and efficient and probably very different from the mass-marketed junk out there that is more busy trying to get you to buy products than actually benefit. The concepts that are most common in my nutrition and training approaches is that of primitive and primal patterns and diet blended with modern conventions and knowledge.
